A 3-year life sciences/biotech engineer (Ingénieur d’Etude CDD INSERM) is available in Pierre Guermonprez’s laboratory at University of Paris.

The project aims at developing and evaluating a new cancer immunotherapy approach in pre-clinical murine models.

The applicant will be specifically in charge of developing and handling the engineering of T lymphocytes using viral vectors.

Candidate profile:

Biotech or Life Sciences Engineer (Bac+5) or
Master 2/Msc training level is required.

Technical expertise and lab training in the following areas are needed:
– viral vector design and cloning,
– cell culture of mammalian cells,
– retro/lentivirus production and transduction.

Training and expertise with murine model will be appreciated.

Additional expertise(s) will be appreciated (flow cytometry, murine tumor models, imaging or 3D culture systems, CRISPR/cas9,…).

Enthusiasm, autonomy, organization skills and motivation for team work are essential.
