Breaking the neutrophil code
Tours: 25-26 September 2025
Interest in neutrophils has grown rapidly in recent years, with the discovery of new pathophysiological mechanisms and an unsuspected heterogeneity of neutrophils in a wide range of pathologies (autoimmunity, cancer, allergies, or metabolic diseases). These pathologies go far beyond the framework of infectious and inflammatory diseases, in which neutrophils play key roles.
At this 3rd Neutrophil Workshop, French and international leaders in the field will present their latest findings on basic and clinical research implicating neutrophils, with specific sessions dedicated to neutrophil heterogeneity and inflammation, crosstalk with other cells and pathogens, interactions with the microenvironment, and neutrophil death.
The meeting aims to foster scientific and personal interactions in a friendly and relaxing atmosphere in the region of the “Châteaux de la Loire”. This year’s event will take place in Tours over two days and includes a workshop dinner and social evening to promote scientific exchanges and interactions.
We strongly encourage students and postdocs to submit an abstract of their work for a poster or oral communication.
