The CEA / Hemato-Immunology Research Department (SRHI) in Paris is currently recruiting for a new permanent member with expertise in Immunology, to join our immune-oncology research programs focused on inhibiting immune escape mechanisms based on a new class of immune checkpoints, in particular HLA-G/ILTs.
SRHI is a research department of CEA’s François Jacob Institute of Biology. It is located at Saint-Louis Hospital, Paris, and is part of the U976 INSERM Unit (Team 10). It offers a highly stimulating scientific environment with access to core facilities (spectral flow cytometry, cell sorting, imaging, genomics, protein biochemistry…) and strong interactions with clinicians through the uro-onco-immunology translational unit of SRHI.
Applicants must have at least a PhD in immunology/molecular biology and post-doctoral experience. Candidates should be proficient in oral and written English, have excellent communication, multitasking skills, and be team-oriented, proactive and result-driven. Experience in one or more of the following areas is required: immunology, immuno-oncology, immune regulation/tolerance, immune checkpoints, clinical applications, high-dimensional datasets, omics-type experiments and analyzes.
