We are pleased to announce the symposium “Stroma, Immunity and Cancer”, to be held on Tuesday, June 23rd, 2026, at the Institut Curie (Constant Burg Amphitheater, 12 rue Lhomond, 75005 Paris).
This one-day meeting will focus on fundamental and applied research on interactions between stromal cells -particularly fibroblasts and endothelial cells- and immune cells within the tumor microenvironment (TME). As stromal biology in cancer rapidly expands, this symposium aims to bring together established investigators and emerging researchers to foster a dedicated community focused on stromal cells in the TME. The program will promote scientific exchange, discussion of experimental practices and nomenclature, sharing of models and results, and the development of new collaborations, strengthening Europe’s visibility in this field.
The meeting will also highlight translational research to accelerate the development of innovative anti-cancer therapies targeting stromal components.
